Your Responsibilities :
As a Sales/BD Manager you will be directly working on the sales qualified leads. Your role will start from screening & vetting the received leads. You will be performing in-depth research on the client/company, their needs &
expectations before approaching. You will be closely working with demand generation & outreach team to
continuously optimize the lead quality. You’ve proven experience in driving the outcomes from a sales team in achieving revenue
targets

  1. Identify and reach out to new business prospects/leads based on predefined criteria for Mobile& Web Technology Services business of EGOT.
  2. Selling experience in SEO/SMO/PPC/Website designing & Development/Mobile applications
    Responsible for making marketing strategies and implementing the same.
  3. Generate requirements from new and existing clients through cold calling, resellers andconverting email marketing leads. Research and build relationships with new and existing clients. Strong Presentation, Negotiation & sales closing Skills. Fluent in English both written and verbal.

You need to have an in depth knowledge about our company & service offering. You will be interacting directly with the clients to understand their business needs
and to help them with any additional information they may require for qualification. You will be closely working with the business analyst team to identify client requirements and to pitch them the right solution. You will be working upon creating & drafting winning proposal for the clients. You will be responsible for presenting & pitching our proposal. Negotiations and obstacle handling will also be one of the key responsibility of this
role.

  • Research target accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Qualify leads as per the criteria defined, have initial conversation to build connect / relationship& introduction, collaborate with BU head for further discussions.  Own the lead from identification to closure
  • Should be able to generate leads by database research, self prospecting & references. Alsowork on the leads generated by lead database researchers.
  • Contribute to mobile & web, service offering packaging & Sales Strategy and come up withinnovative ways of lead generation & lead nurturing.
  • Represent EGOT in Conferences and other events as per the need.  Penetrate small and large corporations to find decision-makers through various tools &platforms  Develop a robust pipeline and monitor it using the Companys system
  • Carry Meeting, Opportunity, RFX & Closure targets
  • Follow up with prospects on a regular basis
  • Prepare minutes of the meeting and report analysis
  • Own targets against lead generation, meetings setup & closures.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on needed initiatives.

What will you be doing?
Lead a team of Business Development Associates & sales representatives to achieve a given revenue target. Using upwork,freelance,guru,pph and managing other sources. Continuously monitor and train the team to improve performance and conversions. Take responsibility for ensuring your assigned Sales Team’s entire sales closing life cycle. Phone/video calls, product demonstration, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management fall
under this category. Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and providing constant feedback on the quality of the leads to the respective team. Carrying weekly revenue and enrollment targets. Analyzing and sharing active feedback about the customer behavior, market demands, and competition to the marketing team Handle escalations and improve customer experience Make propositions, give suggestions, and designate sales targets and job obligations to each teammember. Give prompt responses on crucial issues and suggest solutions

Proven experience of 5+ years in managing a sales team.

  • Sales Hunter acumen.
  • 2 to 10 years of IT industry experience in Sales for Digital Tech or Tech Services.
  • Ability to engage and gain commitment effectively across all communication platforms (via telephone, email & LinkedIn).
  • Ability to design & manage campaigns – email, LinkedIn, Call
  • Should have Sales acumen & do not feel shy to make cold calls or cold reach-outs on LinkedIn or emails
  • Preferred proven sales experience, in the US, AU, ME, EU B2B / B2C market context
  • Demonstrate operational excellence in order to relentlessly and resourcefully meet objectives
  • Prior experience of generating leads in the international market is essential
  • Flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new processes
  • Effective Listening, communication (Verbal and Written) and phone skills
  • Ability to work independently to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Efficient presentation skills.
